How to Add and Customize a Blank Page
A Blank Page is where you collect responses. It lets you add questions, fields, and advanced elements like payments, calculations, or signatures to create fully customized forms.
Open Your Form
- Go to your Formester dashboard
- Select the form you want to edit in the builder
Add a Blank Page
- Click Add Page → Blank Page
- A new page will appear where you can start adding fields
Add Fields
- Click Add Elements and choose from multiple categories:
- Basic: Single line, paragraph text
- Personal: Email, phone
- Date and Time: Date picker, time picker
- Choice: Single choice, multiple choice, dropdown
- Survey: Rating scales, Likert scale
- Payment: Stripe, PayPal
- Others: Calculation, signature, file upload, location
- Layout: Spacer, columns, repeater field
Configure Each Field
- Add clear labels and short descriptions
- Set required or optional rules
- Apply conditional logic for smarter workflows
Adjust Design
- Style the page with custom branding
- Use alignment, spacing, and layouts to improve readability
Publish and Test
- Click Publish to save changes
- Preview the form to check fields and logic work as expected
