# How to Add Editors to Your Form

You can give other people access to your Formester forms so they can view submissions and manage forms with you.

There are two ways to provide access: **organization-wide access** or **access to specific forms only**.

## 1. Invite the user to your organization

Go to the [Organization Members](https://app.formester.com/organization_members) page and invite the person to your organization.

Enter their email address and send the invitation.

## 2. Ask them to accept the invitation

The invited user will receive an invitation in their email inbox.

Once they accept it, they will appear as a **confirmed member** in your organization.

## 3. Give access to all forms

To give the user access to all forms in your organization:

1. Open **Organization Members**.
2. Find the user you invited.
3. Assign the **Admin** role.

An Admin can access and manage all forms in the organization.

## 4. Give access to specific forms only

To let the user access only specific forms:

1. Assign them `Staff` role.
2. Open the form you want to share.
3. Go to **Share → Invite**.
4. In the **Add members or teams** field, select the organization member.
5. Assign them `Editor` role their![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/1/5/6/e/156e23ff3485c400/image_fdnred.png =903xauto)

1. The selected user will now have access to that form.

This allows you to give users access only to the forms they need without giving them access to your entire organization.
