Sometimes you need a copy of your form submissions in a structured format, like a PDF, either for record-keeping, sharing with clients, or automating workflows. With the right form platform, exporting submissions as PDFs is quick and easy.

Here’s how you can do it:

### Step 1: Access Your Form Submissions
* Log into your form builder account.
* Open the form for which you want to export submissions.
* Navigate to the **Submissions** or **Results** tab to view all received entries.

### Step 2: Export Individual Submissions as PDF
* Click on a submission to view its details.
* Look for an option like **PDF** or **Export as PDF**.
* Click this option to generate a PDF version of that submission containing all the filled-in details.
* You can download this PDF or share it with others as needed.

### Step 3: Automatically Send PDF Copies to Respondents
Many form platforms also allow you to automatically send a PDF copy of the submission to the person filling out the form. To set this up:
* Make sure your form has an **Email field** so the system knows where to send the PDF.
