Rich text
The Rich Text field in Formester lets you add formatted content directly to your form. Unlike input fields, it does not collect responses but allows you to display styled text, links, and instructions that improve the form experience.
It’s like adding a mini text editor inside your form to guide or inform respondents.
Steps to Add a Rich Text Field

- Select the form you want to edit
Add the Rich Text Field
- Click Add Elements
- Under Basic Elements, select Rich Text
- A text block will appear on your form
Enter and Format Your Text
- Type or paste your content
Apply formatting options:
- Bold, Italics, Underline for emphasis
- Bullet lists or numbered lists for clarity
- Hyperlinks to direct users to external pages
- Headings or subheadings for structure

- Resize or align text as needed
- Add spacing before or after the field for a clean layout
Publish Your Form

Display privacy policies, disclaimers, or terms within the form.

Give extra guidance for complex fields like payments or calculations.
