Scheduler
The Scheduler Field makes it easy for users to book appointments directly from your form. It integrates with Calendly so respondents can choose available time slots without back-and-forth communication.
Adding the Scheduler Field
- Open your form in the editor from your Formester dashboard.
- Click Add Elements.
- Under Date and Time, select Scheduler.
- The field will appear on your form.
Configuring Scheduler Properties
- Add Your Calendly Link
- Click on the Scheduler field to open its properties panel.
- Paste your Calendly event link into the Calendly Link input box.
- Customize the Link Opener Button
- Update the button text that respondents see.
- Example: Change “Schedule Appointment” to “Book a Call” or “Reserve Your Spot.”
- Autofill Details
- Use Autofill Name to pull the respondent’s name from a previous Name Field in the form.
- Use Autofill Email to use the email entered in a previous Email Field.
- This saves users from typing the same details twice.

- Consultations: Set up one-on-one sessions without manual scheduling.
- Interviews: Let candidates pick available interview slots.
- Service Booking: Make it easy for customers to reserve time with your team.
Publishing Your Form
- Once everything is configured, click Publish.
- Use Preview to test the button, ensure the Calendly popup loads correctly, and check autofill settings.
- Submit a test response to confirm the flow works smoothly.
