The Slack integration lets you receive instant notifications in Slack whenever a new form is submitted. This is helpful when you want your team to stay updated in real time without constantly checking Formester. With this setup, new submissions can trigger alerts directly in a Slack channel or direct message.
Follow the steps below to connect Slack and start receiving notifications from your forms.

### Step 1: Open Your Form
* Log in to Formester and open the form or survey you want to connect.

### Step 2: Open Integrations
* Go to **Automate** in the form builder.
* Click **Integrations** and select **Slack**.

### Step 3: Add Slack Integration
* Click **Add to Slack**.
* You will be asked to sign in to your Slack account.

### Step 4: Select Channel
