How to Send Emails from Forms Using Outlook

The Outlook integration lets you send emails from your forms using your own Outlook or Microsoft 365 account. This is helpful when you want your emails to look professional and come directly from your own address. With this setup, you can send confirmations, replies, or notifications directly from your Outlook inbox using Formester.

Follow the steps below to connect Outlook and start sending emails from your forms.

Log in to your Formester account and open your dashboard.
Make sure you are using the account where your form is created.

Step 2: Open Integrations

From the dashboard, look at the bottom left menu.
Click on Integrations to see all available integrations.

Step 3: Add Outlook Integration

Find Outlook in the integrations list.
Click Add integration under Outlook.
You will now be asked to sign in to your Outlook account.
