How to Integrate Formester with Pabbly Connect

The Pabbly Connect integration helps you automate tasks when someone submits, updates, or deletes a form response in Formester. This is useful when you want to send form data to other tools, trigger actions automatically, or reduce manual work.


Follow the steps below to connect Formester with Pabbly Connect and start automating your workflows.


Step 1: Create a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

  • Log in to your Pabbly Connect account.
  • Create a new workflow.
  • Click Add Trigger.
  • Search for Formester and select it.


Choose the app event you want to use:

  • Submission Created
  • Submission Updated
  • Submission Deleted
  • Click Connect and copy the webhook URL shown on the screen.


Step 2: Add the Webhook in Formester

  • Log in to your Formester account.
  • Open the form or survey you want to automate.
  • Go to Automate and then open Webhook.
  • Click Create New Webhook.
  • Paste the webhook URL you copied from Pabbly Connect.
  • Select the same event type you chose in Pabbly Connect, such as submission created, updated, or deleted.
  • Save the webhook.


Step 3: Set Up Actions in Pabbly Connect

  • Go back to your Pabbly Connect workflow.
  • Add the apps you want to use as actions.
  • Map the Formester form fields to the action fields.
  • Configure each action based on what you want to automate.


Step 4: Test the Integration

  • Submit a test response in your Formester form.
  • Check Pabbly Connect to confirm the workflow runs correctly.
  • Make sure the data flows to the connected apps as expected.
