How to Send Branded Emails from Forms Using SendGrid

The SendGrid integration lets you send branded emails from your forms using your own SendGrid account. This is helpful when you want your emails to look professional, have your brand identity, and reach a large number of users reliably. Follow the steps below to connect SendGrid and start sending emails from your forms.


Step 1: Login to Formester

  • Log in to your Formester account and open your dashboard.
  • Make sure you are using the account where your form is created.


Step 2: Open Integrations

  • From the dashboard, look at the bottom left menu.
  • Click on Integrations to see all available integrations.


Step 3: Add SendGrid Integration

  • Click Add integration and select Custom SMTP.
  • In the SMTP service toggle, choose SendGrid.
