How to Get Instant Slack Alerts from Form Submissions

The Slack integration lets you receive instant notifications in Slack whenever a new form is submitted. This is helpful when you want your team to stay updated in real time without constantly checking Formester. With this setup, new submissions can trigger alerts directly in a Slack channel or direct message.

Follow the steps below to connect Slack and start receiving notifications from your forms.

Step 1: Open Your Form

Step 2: Open Integrations

Go to Automate in the form builder.
Click Integrations and select Slack.

Step 3: Add Slack Integration

Click Add to Slack.
You will be asked to sign in to your Slack account.

Step 4: Select Channel

Choose the Slack channel or direct message where you want notifications to appear.
Click Save to connect the integration.

Step 5: Publish Your Form

Click Publish to save the integration.
