Sometimes you need a copy of your form submissions in a structured format, like a PDF, either for record-keeping, sharing with clients, or automating workflows. With the right form platform, exporting submissions as PDFs is quick and easy.

Here’s how you can do it:

Step 1: Access Your Form Submissions

Log into your form builder account.
Open the form for which you want to export submissions.
Navigate to the Submissions or Results tab to view all received entries.

Step 2: Export Individual Submissions as PDF

Click on a submission to view its details.
Look for an option like PDF or Export as PDF.
